You have to be willing to “try out different things” again and again. Do not take “failure” or “temporary setbacks” as we prefer to refer to them, seriously. It took Thomas Edison over 1000 attempts to invent the lightbulb and all the while he ackowledged that the solution was staring him in the face but he just did not see it. It took him 1000 attempts to see it! You have to do be willing to do the same i.e. apply the same intensity and keep trying and changing until you find something that works for you and you can then build from there.

WHAT IF I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I ENJOY DOING?

Ok, that makes sense but what if you dont know what you like to do. Well in that case that is where you start: You have to find out what you love to do. You have to be proactive about doing that!
You have to apply yourself in the same way that Thomas Edison did. You have to experiment, you have to really assess yourself, your strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes. Take some skill assessment tests, read, read, read, think, think, think, ask others what they feel your strengths are (and weaknesses-ouch!) and you will surely arrive at a list of your likes, dislikes, interests, strengths and weaknesses. Then experiment with doing different things. If they are not a good fit move on until you find something that is!

Is this Easy to do? No, but nothing worthwhile is easy. So forget about easy and lets get down to the work of becoming successfull at whatever interests you.
